CETIN Group announces the appointment of its new Chief Business Strategy Officer, Khalid Husseini
CETIN Group, the leading telecommunications infrastructure operator in Central and Eastern Europe, announces a
new addition to its executive management team.
Khalid Husseini, an executive with nearly 30 years of experience in IT strategy, architecture, security, operations and development, will assume the position of Chief Business Strategy Officer on 1 April 2023.
Khalid started his career at Unisys and then Accenture in the Czech Republic, where he worked as a partner.
“I am excited about the opportunity to bring my IT experience to CETIN and help build new generation services on top of the current telecommunications infrastructure and help our clients build more value for their end customers,” says Khalid Husseini.
From 2010 to 2022, he served as Group CIO at Home Credit Group and was responsible for IT departments in more than 10 countries and a staff of over 4,000 professionals. He also led EmbedIT, Home Credit Group’s IT shared services centre in the Czech Republic, implementing agile methodologies. Khalid holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University, Prague.
